Materials:  Rough sawn timber board and batten externally, custom steel windows and doors, hardwood plywood flooring, exposed brickwork 

Joinery: Form ply tables and cabinetry, stainless steel kitchen.

Regulations required a ramp for universal access.  We thought it was the perfect opportunity to add a kitchen garden.  Functional and delightful.
